GHL pipeline design that turns the board into a dispatch board

How do pipeline designs work in GoHighLevel?
A pipeline design restyles the GoHighLevel opportunities board: lanes, stage headers, cards and density. Stage colors are assigned by column position rather than stage name, so any pipeline (service calls, installs or maintenance-plan renewals) gets a consistent, readable board without per-pipeline setup. Stages, values and workflows stay unchanged.

Restyle a sample board, lane by lane
Brand Match on Midnight Mint is loaded first: every stage color is built from the mint primary. Try Ribbon, Gradient or Brutalist next, then swap the sidebar.

Brand Match and Ribbon, side by side
Brand Match builds stage colors from your primary color, so a navy-and-orange shop gets a navy-and-orange board. Ribbon puts a solid colored header on each stage over clean lanes, which reads well on a wall-mounted screen.

PB-01What is GHL pipeline design?
It is the look of the GoHighLevel opportunities board: lane backgrounds, stage header colors, card style and density. The customizer ships 12 pipeline designs, from Clean Light and Ribbon to Brand Match, which builds every stage color from your primary color.
PB-02Does a pipeline design change my stages or automations?
No. Your pipelines, stages, opportunity values and the workflows triggered by stage changes stay exactly as they are. Only the board’s appearance changes, and your team drags cards the same way.
PB-03How do the stage colors work?
Stage colors follow each column’s position on the board, not its name. So whatever your stages are called, the first column gets the first color, the second the next, and every pipeline you run picks the colors up automatically.
PB-04Will it work with my service, install and maintenance pipelines?
Yes. Because colors follow column position, a service pipeline (New call, Diagnosed, Quote sent), an install pipeline and a maintenance-plan pipeline all get a consistent look without any setup per pipeline.
PB-05Which pipeline designs are there?
12: Clean Light, Frosted Glass, Midnight Neon, Neo Brutal, Candy Pastel, Gradient Headers, Compact Pro, Color Ribbon, Obsidian Gold, Ocean Pro, Emerald Calm, Brand Match.
PB-06Do the designs work with dark mode?
Yes. Midnight and Obsidian are dark boards, and every design pairs with the dark sidebar themes. The preview on this page opens with Brand Match on Midnight Mint.
PB-07Will my dispatcher need retraining?
No. It is the same GoHighLevel board with the same buttons, filters and drag and drop. It is simply easier to read which stage a job is in from across the room.
PB-08Which package includes the pipeline designer?
Climate Pro ($437, one-time) and Total Comfort. It comes with the dashboard designer, mega menus, the floating quick menu and the contact actions bar.
