Yes, as often as you like. Each save is live on the next page load, and version history keeps your last saves (5 on Comfort Basic, 10 on Climate Pro and Total Comfort) so you can roll back a change that did not land.
No, they do different jobs. The HVAC Snapshot is the automation system: AI receptionist, dispatch and booking workflows, review engine and renewals. The customizer changes how GoHighLevel looks and how people move around in it. Many shops run both.
Yes. Every page in this section has a live preview that runs the real customizer engine on a sample GoHighLevel screen. Switch themes, login designs, dashboards and widgets and see exactly what the engine produces.
A few GoHighLevel screens, such as parts of Location Settings, load inside a frame from another domain. Browsers do not allow outside styling there, so those areas keep the stock look. Everything that loads in the main app window is covered.
Yes. Because the install line lives in your agency white-label settings, every sub-account under that agency picks up the saved design. Agency and sub-account views can each have their own menu layout.
