These License Terms explain exactly what you are allowed to do with the HVAC Snapshot for GHL and everything delivered with it — workflows, funnels, pipelines, AI prompts, calendars, forms, SMS and email sequences, website templates, and design assets (collectively, the "Snapshot"). They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and form part of the same agreement with HVAC Snapshot for GHL ("we," "us," "our").
1. The short version
You bought the Snapshot to use it, not to sell it. Install it across every sub-account inside your one GoHighLevel agency, deploy it for as many HVAC clients as you can win, rebrand it, rewrite the copy, and charge whatever you like for the work you do. What you may not do is hand the Snapshot itself to another agency — as a share link, a product listing, a bonus, or a repackaged competitor.

2. What your standard license includes
Every purchase of the HVAC Snapshot at $997 grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install the Snapshot into one GoHighLevel agency account that you own or control.
- Deploy it into unlimited sub-accounts within that single agency — one per HVAC shop, location, or client, with no cap on the number of installs.
- Use it commercially, including for paying clients, with no revenue share, royalty, or reporting obligation to us.
- Modify anything. Rewrite workflow logic, change trigger conditions, swap the AI prompts, edit the dispatch scripts, restructure pipelines, and adapt seasonal campaigns to your market.
- White-label it. Replace our branding with yours or your client's. Nothing requires you to credit us anywhere, on the site or inside the account.
- Charge your own rates for installing, configuring, customizing, managing, or supporting the Snapshot on a client's behalf.
- Keep using every install indefinitely. The license does not expire and does not renew — it is one-time and permanent for the agency account it was issued to.
The license attaches to your agency, not to a seat. Ownership passes only with our prior written consent — for example, in a genuine sale of the business.
3. What you may not do
Under the standard license you may not:
- Install the Snapshot into a second GoHighLevel agency account, whether it belongs to you, a partner, or anyone else. One agency, one license.
- Share, send, sell, lend, or transfer the Snapshot by GoHighLevel share link, export, or any other method to another agency or third party.
- Sell the Snapshot — or any recognizable part of it — as a standalone product, template, or download.
- Upload it to the GoHighLevel Marketplace, a snapshot store, a template directory, or any other resale platform.
- Include it as a bonus, lead magnet, giveaway, or free incentive attached to a course, membership, mastermind, coaching program, or software subscription.
- Use it as the basis of a competing HVAC snapshot, template pack, or automation product offered to other agencies.
- Publish, mirror, or make the underlying assets available anywhere public — repositories, file-sharing sites, Discord or Slack communities, or paid groups.
4. Where the line sits
The distinction is services versus product. You are free to sell your work. You are not free to sell our work.
- Allowed: charging an HVAC contractor $3,000 to install and configure the Snapshot in their account.
- Allowed: billing a $1,200/month retainer to manage the automations you deployed from it.
- Allowed: running it for forty HVAC clients under your own brand, with no mention of us anywhere.
- Allowed: reusing a workflow pattern or funnel structure you learned from it in your own separate builds.
- Not allowed: listing "HVAC GHL Snapshot — $497" on your website and delivering our Snapshot by share link.
- Not allowed: giving it to three agency friends because they also serve HVAC contractors.
- Not allowed: bundling it into your $2,000 "GHL agency accelerator" course as module seven.
5. If you want to resell the Snapshot itself
Reselling is available — it simply requires a separate Reseller License. That agreement lets you sell the HVAC Snapshot to other GoHighLevel agencies under your own brand, list it on your website, and deliver it by share link, with no volume cap and no revenue share.
A reseller license is $1,500 per snapshot as a one-time fee, on top of the snapshot's own price. If you already own the snapshot, you pay the license fee alone. 6. Design assets, copy, and content
The Snapshot ships with website templates, section layouts, icons, illustrations, ad creative, email and SMS copy, and AI prompt libraries. Under the standard license you may:
- Use them commercially in client work built on the Snapshot.
- Modify, recolor, crop, rewrite, and adapt them freely.
- Publish them on client websites, landing pages, and ad accounts.
You may not resell these assets as stock templates, copy packs, or prompt libraries, redistribute them as standalone files, or attempt to register any of them — or our brand names, logos, or product names — as your own trademark.
7. Team and contractor access
Your employees, contractors, and virtual assistants may work with the Snapshot on behalf of your agency and its clients. They are covered by your license while doing your company's work.
That coverage ends at your company's edge. A contractor who works for you may not carry the Snapshot into another agency's account, their own agency, or another client relationship. If they need it for their own business, they need their own license.
8. Updates, support, and term
- Your license is perpetual. It does not lapse, and there is no renewal fee.
- Purchase includes one year of free updates to the Snapshot, plus lifetime email support at [email protected].
- Updates released after that first year are optional and may be offered separately. Nothing you already installed stops working.
- We may improve, restructure, or retire parts of the Snapshot in future releases. Installs already in your account are unaffected.
9. What happens if the license is breached
- Your license terminates immediately on breach, without notice and without refund.
- You must stop using the Snapshot and remove it from every account under your control.
- Where a breach caused commercial loss — unauthorized resale in particular — we may pursue damages, disgorgement of revenue earned from the unauthorized distribution, injunctive relief, and legal costs.
- We may issue takedown notices to marketplaces, hosts, and payment processors carrying unauthorized copies.
- Snapshot builds carry internal identifiers. Redistributed copies are traceable to the account they were issued to.

10. What this license does not cover
- GoHighLevel itself. Your GHL subscription is a separate agreement between you and HighLevel, governed by their terms. This license grants nothing in respect of the platform.
- Third-party services. Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, LC Phone, AI providers, and any integration you connect carry their own terms and their own fees.
- Your data and your clients' data. Contacts, conversations, recordings, and content generated in your account belong to you and your clients — not to us.
- Compliance. TCPA, A2P 10DLC, CASL, and consent handling remain your responsibility and your clients'. See our Disclaimer.
- HVAC licensing and field work. We are not an HVAC contractor. We hold no mechanical license and no EPA 608 certification, and we perform no installation, service, or repair work. Licensing, permitting, refrigerant handling, and code compliance rest entirely with the contractor.
- Results. The Snapshot is provided as-is. We do not warrant specific booking rates, revenue, or outcomes.
11. Frequently asked questions
Can I install this in more than one GoHighLevel account?
Yes — in unlimited sub-accounts, as long as they all sit inside the one agency account the license was issued to. A second agency account requires a second license.
Can I charge clients for installing it?
Yes, whatever you like. Installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing management are your services to price. We take no cut and require no reporting.
Do I have to credit you anywhere?
No. Attribution is not required on the site, in the account, or anywhere else. White-label it completely.
Can I sell it to another agency?
Not under the standard license. That requires a Reseller License.
Does the license expire?
No. It is perpetual and one-time. Free updates run for the first year; the license itself never lapses.
What if I sell my agency?
The license can transfer with a genuine sale of the business, with our prior written consent. Email us and we will document the transfer.
Can I use pieces of it in unrelated builds?
Yes. Workflow patterns, funnel structures, and automation logic you learn from the Snapshot are yours to reuse in your own work. What you cannot do is package those pieces into a product for other agencies.
12. Governing law
These License Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
